Note that camera-ready papers submitted without an early-bird Non-Student (member or non-member) registration will not be included in the Workshop Proceedings and the Workshop Technical Program. According to IAPR policy, if an author has more than one accepted papers, only one regular non-student registration is required for their publication in the Proceedings.

Student Registration: Students must provide a letter from their advisor confirming that they are currently enrolled at a university or institute.

Registration fee includes: accesss to the scientific program, proceedings, three lunches, coffee breaks, and the workshop banquet.

Registration Process

Fill in the registration form (Word, PDF), give your signature, and send the scanned PDF to gbr2015@nlpr.ia.ac.cn.

Payment

We cannot accept credit cards. Please choose bank transfer or cash on-site.
Payments must be made in CNY or equivalent amount in Euro or USD.
Delegates in China must pay by bank transfer by due date. Delegates outside China can pay by either bank transfer or cash.

Upon confirmation of registration, you will receive an e-mail with the details of your reservation. The receipt of registration fee will be passed at the workshop.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to: gbr2015@nlpr.ia.ac.cn.

Registration cancellations must be made before April 15, 2015. There will be a processing charge of 500CNY on the refunded amount. After April 15, 2015, no refund of registration fees will be possible. Refunds will be processed after the GbR2015 workshop. Together with the cancellation request you should provide us with your bank account.
