Registration Instruction

1. Each paper should have at least one author registered before July 20, 2012. Otherwise, this paper will not be finally accepted by the conference.
2. A non-student author can register several papers at a time and a student can register only one paper.
3. Each paper is assigned 8 pages. Over-length paper can be accepted, but extra fees needed. At most two pages can be added and each page needs extra CNY 500.
4. Anyone who has interests in this conference is also welcomed to attend, and please register ahead.
5. Please write down “CCPR2012 + paper number + affiliation” (one paper number is enough if you have several accepted papers)，the amount of registration fees and the payer’s name when making a remittance. The attendees without accepted papers need to only write down “CCPR2012 + affiliation”, the amount of registration fees and the payer’s name. (The affiliation is for receipt title)
6. Please scan the bank receipt and send it to ccpr2012register@gmail.com through email which should be titled “CCPR2012 registration + paper number” (one paper number is enough if you have several accepted papers). The email should contain the paper number, paper title, author information and receipt title.
7. Registration fees include the conference fee, the cost of tea break, banquet, a copy of proceeding and page charges, but not travelling expenses and accommodation.
8. The conference service group will reply to the attendees through email after receiving the registration fees. The registration receipt can be only provided during the conference in the meeting hall, and not sent by post after the conference.
